Today the salmon will swim in a spicy tomato sauce and become Turkish delight!

 A slice of bread for dipping is a must!

Put 2 spoons of olive oil in a pan and saute for 2-3 minutes 1 clove of chopped garlic and 1 chili pepper. Remove the bell pepper and put 1/2 cup of grated tomato, 10 – 12 cherry tomatoes cut into quarters, salt, pepper, chopped parsley and a little hot water.

As soon as the sauce boils, lower the temperature to medium and put 1 large slice of salmon in the pan. Cover with the lid and cook for 7-8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish. Serve with freshly chopped parsley and a few drops of fresh lemon juice.
