INGREDIENTS
500 g chicken fillet cut in strips
Marinate in :
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tblsp portuguese chicken spice
1 tblsp any nandos sauce
1 tblsp mustard sauce
Lemon juice
1 Tsp mochachos spice
Mix everything well and marinate for 1 hour. Coat in egg and breadcrumbs and deep fry till done.
Dough :
• 3 cups cake flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 3 tblsp oil/butter
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup hot water to make dough
METHOD
Mix everything well and make dough with hot water . Knead well and keep covered for 20 to 30 mins. Roll medium size rotis and cook on hot tawa. Dont overcook it.
Sauce : 3 tblsp mayonnaise, 2 tblsp nandos sauce, 1 tsp mustard sauce , 2 tblsp sweet chilli sauce
Assembling : apply sauce on wraps, add chicken and fried chips , add a slice of cheese , top with sauce again and close wrap with toothpick. Roast in oven till cheese melts or on grill pan.
